Routine Maintenance for Controllers

Investing in routine maintenance mitigates the risk of potential future problems and extends the operating life of test equipment. The controller is the brain of your test system. It sends the signals to the mechanical parts to tell them how to perform. Keeping the command center for your system in prime condition makes sense if you want to maximize productivity.

Service Details

On controllers, MTS checks the electronics and the software. We inspect cables and connections, change the filter and back up specific testing software files. Backup files save hours of re-work in the event of a hard drive crash. At the end of each routine maintenance visit, we’ll provide a report of all services performed, current equipment condition and any recommendations, if necessary.
