Now available for high-cycle fatigue (HCF) and low-cycle fatigue (LCF) testing, MTS High-Temperature Materials Testing Solutions include everything you need to test to ASTM standards, immediately. These configurations are validated by MTS research and development engineers to meet ASTM requirements, so users can quickly begin testing with a high degree of confidence.
The focal point of each solution is a subsystem dedicated to a high-temperature application. Both the HCF and LCF subsystems feature a tightly integrated assembly of high-quality MTS components, including a three-zone furnace, temperature controller, hydraulic grips and a thermal gradient verification kit and with standards-compliant test software templates. The LCF subsystem also features with a high-temperature extensometer.
MTS High-Temperature Materials Testing Solutions are designed to perform with an MTS Landmark® test system featuring a Model 370 servohydraulic load frame, versatile FlexTest® controls, MTS TestSuite™ software and a clean, quiet SilentFlo™ hydraulic power unit.
