Dual MAST Test System
Dual MAST tests the durability of complete component sub-systems for passenger cars, light trucks, and SUVs by simulating the actual time history of the service vibration environment. MTS Exhaust Line Force Transducer
Used for measurements anywhere in the exhaust line, this transducer measures six degree-of-freedom operating forces. Perform a variety of durability and performance tests on full exhaust system specimens. Our system simulates exhaust motion on the test track using six-degree-of-freedom exhaust manifold displacements. Floor-mount hanger fixtures apply vertical loads to the exhaust line, and accommodate a wide range of hanger configurations.
