MTS High-Frequency Multi-Axial Simulation Table (MAST™) Systems offer high-frequency vibrational simulation of automotive systems and components in six degrees of freedom (6DOF). These systems deliver highly accurate and repeatable simulation, helping to compress test times and improve time-to-market performance.
Meticulously designed to be very stiff, high-frequency MAST systems provide controlled frequency content up to 500 Hz, enabling users to select from a wide variety of test methods, types and specimens. These capabilities enable precise simulation of difficult-to-characterize service environments, making them ideal for durability and vibration testing of vehicle and aerospace components and subassemblies.
Every aspect of these systems is engineered for precise performance, including robust servohydraulic actuators, high-frequency swivel and strut assemblies, the versatile FlexTest® digital controls and powerful software options, including RPC® Pro for time history reproduction or ride-comfort analysis.
