To ensure the right configuration for every testing application, MTS offers a wide variety of grips.

To complement our servohydraulic testing lines, we offer:
•  Multipurpose, side-loading hydraulic wedge grips feature a symmetrical housing
   design for easy specimen loading. these are available with diamond tip, sawtooth,
   surfalloy and serrated surfaces for virtually any application.
•  Hydraulic collet grips that ensure precision specimen alignment and are ideal for
   fatigue testing.
•  “Hot” grips for high-temperature  testing
•  Clevis grips that are ideal for fracture toughness and fatigue crack growth rate tests.

If you can’t find what you need in the standard MTS offering, simply tell us your needs and we’ll customize the ideal grip for you.

To complement our electromechanical testing lines, we offer three families of grips:
•  MTS Advantage™ accessories include highly versatile wedge, pneumatic and screw
   action grips for R&D testing of advanced composites and alloys.
