Achieving optimal structural test execution timesNew MTS AeroPro™ 6.0 software carries forward all the useful features from prior releases of this industry-leading test software, the most significant of which includes tightly integrated control and data acquisition functionality capable of supporting 360 control channels and up to 10,000 data acquisition channels.
Another significant addition to the AeroPro software standard toolset includes Profile Segment Optimization (PSO) functionality, which automatically optimizes profile segment times to ensure the fastest possible test execution. This is accomplished by monitoring errors between command and feedback during transitions, and by adjusting transition times as needed to improve the next execution of the same profile.
In addition to increasing test speeds wherever possible, PSO also automatically decreases speeds when necessary to remain within pre-set error limits, allowing tests to run unattended for longer periods of time.
PSO is an iterative process, meaning that the more often a profile is run, the more streamlined its transition times will become. PSO will also automatically adjust profile times to correspond with any changes you make in test hardware.
