MTS 810 Material Testing System
Test the mechanical properties of asphalt and soil using the MTS 810 Material Testing System.  The MTS 810 can be easily configured to your testing requirements using its wide range of load units, test control options, and accessories.  This system can perform virtually any type of material or component test.

Software
To meet your specific testing requirements, MTS offers both general-purpose material testing software and a software suite designed for specific typies of material test standards, including ASTM, AASHTO, EN, LTPP, and NCHRP.

Test Fixtures
MTS test fixtures are designed to evaluate strength, resilient modulus, creep, dynamic modulus and fatigue on disk, cylinder and beam specimens.  The MTS Bending Beam Fixture is designed to test the fatigue life of asphalt.  This fixture maintains accurate clamping during fatigue tests, and fits inside the MTS 651 Environmental Chamber.

Environmental Chambers
Complete asphalt and soil testing faster, with more accurate results, using MTS 651 environmental chambers.

Triaxial Cells
Use the 655 Triaxial Cell Assembly to simulate natural conditions on materials and to investigate the effects of changes to those conditions.  The 655 Triaxial Cell Assembly is ideal for testing a broad range of materials, from unbound soils to asphalt mixtures.

Actuators
Our actuators feature polymeric bearings, augmented piston rods and patented swivels to ensure you achieve higher fidelity of test data.  MTS fatigue rated linear actuators are the quietest and most user-friendly available.
