Force Transducers (Load Cells)
Highly accurate MTS force transducers (load cells) are designed to offer world-class stiffness, stability and linearity.  Load cells are available in axial, axial-torsional, and other configurations, they provide overload and side load protection and are designed with built-in shunt resistors to facilitate regular verification of accuracy using calibration routines featured in MTS software.

Environmental Chambers
MTS environmental chambers enable the testing of materials and components within various ranges of high and low temperatures.  Typical uses of our environmental chambers include elastomer material studies, body and engine mount tests, shock absorber tests, tire cord tests, plastics, composite material tests, laminate tests, and vibration isolator tests.

High-Temperature Furnaces
MTS high temperature furnaces are ideal for conducting tension, compression, bend and cyclic fatigue testing of metals, composites and ceramics across a very wide temperature range.  A center-split design facilitates easy specimen and fixture access, and mounting brackets are available for a variety of MTS and non-MTS load frames.
