MTS helps develop the
world’s first commercially available, full-scale rolling road wind
tunnel.

Despite increased demand from both racing vehicle and passenger car
developers, no full-scale rolling road wind tunnel facilities have
existed anywhere in North America, and no such facilities have been
available for public use anywhere in the world. Thanks to a
partnership between MTS, Windshear Inc., and Jacobs Technology this
void in the marketplace has been successfully filled. Jeff Bordner, Site Manager at Windshear, talks about how MTS, Windshear and Jacobs Technology combined talents to create the world’s first commercially available, full-scale rolling road wind tunnel facility.
